Marta Wilińska
Yoga | Nutrition & Healthy Living | Holistic Wellbeing
On a daily basis, I run my own holistic practice in London, where I combine yoga, nutrition, and massage therapy to support overall health and wellbeing.
I completed the international Yoga Alliance Teacher Training (200h RYT) with Natalia Knopek’s school. I have also studied nutrition through various courses and postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Health Sciences in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
I enjoy working one-to-one, creating a safe and supportive space. In my yoga practice, I focus on learning asanas step by step – understanding their purpose, improving mobility, strengthening muscles, building healthy movement habits (such as posture, breathing, and alignment), and developing a personal practice tailored to each individual’s needs.
For those who wish to improve their eating habits, I pay special attention to understanding their health and lifestyle background, setting clear goals, and providing simple, practical suggestions. Already after the first session, you can begin making small, positive changes to your current way of eating.
In 2024, my practice was recognised as Top Rated on Treatwell.
My aim is to help people regain energy, balance, and a sense of lightness in both body and mind. I value empathy, mindfulness, and an individual approach – because I believe true transformation begins with inner harmony.
For me, health is holistic: a balance between body, mind, and daily habits.

In my work I focus on:
