Education:
Postgraduate degree in Nutrition from the University of Health Sciences in Bydgoszcz.
Courses:
Completed an international Yoga Alliance 200h RYT teacher training at Natalia Knopek Yoga School.
I have also completed additional courses in nutrition, which have expanded my knowledge of healthy lifestyle and nutrition.
In my work, I focus on teaching yoga poses from the basics, helping you understand their purpose—improving mobility, strengthening muscles, developing healthy movement habits (foot and pelvis alignment, breathing), and building a personal practice tailored to your needs.
For those who want to improve their eating habits, I find it especially important to review your health and eating patterns, go through a food diary, discuss your goals, and provide practical tips. From your very first session, you will get guidance and small changes you can make to your current way of eating.
I also work as a massage therapist in London and in 2024 I was recognized as Top Rated on Treatwell.
In my work, I combine knowledge of yoga, bodywork, and mindful habits to support your health and wellbeing in a holistic way. My goal is to help you regain energy, balance, and lightness in both body and mind.
I approach my clients with empathy, mindfulness, and an individual approach—I believe that true change starts from inner harmony. I strongly value a holistic approach and believe that real health comes from a balance between the body, mind, and daily habits.
